Effective date: September 25, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use our Life Discipleship Coaching App (the “App”). It should be read alongside the App’s Disclaimer, which describes the nature and limitations of the coaching we provide.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information to provide and improve the App:

•Account information: name, email address, and login credentials.

•Profile and spiritual growth information you choose to share, such as prayer requests, goals, reflections, and coaching preferences.

•Conversation content you enter into the App, including messages exchanged with the AI-generated coaching feature.

•Usage data, such as how you interact with the App, features used, and session activity.

•Device and technical information, including device type, operating system, and IP address.

•Payment information, if you subscribe to paid features. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc., and we do not directly collect or store your full payment card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

•Provide, personalize, and improve your AI-generated coaching experience.

•Maintain your account and remember your preferences and progress.

•Communicate with you about the App, including updates, support, and administrative messages.

•Monitor, analyze, and improve the safety, security, and performance of the App.

•Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use.

Because coaching guidance in this App is AI-generated, the content you share may be processed by Anthropic, the developer of the Claude AI models that power the App’s coaching feature, in order to generate responses. Anthropic processes this content as our service provider and under the terms of our agreement with them; it is not used to provide medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, consistent with our Disclaimer. For more information on how Anthropic handles data submitted through its services, see Anthropic’s own privacy policy at https://www.anthropic.com/legal/privacy.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

•Service providers who help us operate the App, including Anthropic (which processes conversation content to generate AI coaching responses), Stripe (which processes subscription and payment information), hosting providers, and analytics services, each under confidentiality and data protection obligations.

•Legal and safety authorities, where required by law, to protect the rights and safety of users, or in response to a valid legal request.

•Business transfers, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

4. Sensitive Content and Spiritual Information

Because this App relates to matters of faith and personal growth, you may choose to share sensitive personal reflections, spiritual struggles, or emotional content. This information is treated with care and is used solely to provide coaching guidance within the App. It is not shared with your local church, pastor, or spiritual community unless you choose to do so yourself.

As stated in our Disclaimer, the App is not equipped to handle mental health emergencies. If you disclose information indicating a crisis, self-harm, or emergency, we may be required by law or safety obligations to direct you to appropriate resources, including emergency services.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App’s services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time, subject to any legal or regulatory retention requirements.

6. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Choices and Rights

The App is offered worldwide from our base in the United States, and your rights may vary depending on where you live. Where applicable law grants them, you may have rights to:

•Access, correct, or delete your personal information.

•Object to or restrict certain processing of your information.

•Request a copy of your data in a portable format.

•Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

•Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell personal information) and limit use of sensitive personal information, if you are a California resident under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

•Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority, if you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

To exercise these rights, contact us using the information in Section 11 below. We will respond in accordance with the law that applies to you.

8. Children’s Privacy

This App is not directed to children under 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that a child has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete it.

9. International Users and Data Transfers

The App is available worldwide, and our operations are based in the United States. If you access the App from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, and may also be processed in other countries where our service providers — including Anthropic and Stripe — operate. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from those of your home country.

Where required, such as for users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these international transfers, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms offered by our service providers. By using the App, you understand that your information will be processed in the United States and other countries as described in this Policy.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

11. Contact Us

If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or how your information is handled, please contact us at: sanctifiedcuc@yahoo.com.

This Privacy Policy should be read together with the App’s Disclaimer, which explains that coaching provided through the App is AI-generated, is not therapy, counseling, or professional advice, and is not a substitute for pastoral guidance from your local church or spiritual leaders.
